Eight weeks, five phases.
Every student follows the same arc. No two follow the same path through it — the diagnostic writes each student's sequence, and the tutor rewrites it after every session.
Diagnostic
An adaptive diagnostic maps both subjects skill by skill. Every gap is located before a single lesson is assigned.
Foundations
The gaps that block everything downstream — arithmetic reasoning, sentence control. Nothing already mastered is repeated.
Core skills
The bulk of the work. Algebra through functions; paragraph through argument. Solved skills return on a spaced schedule, so nothing fades before test day.
Under exam conditions
Timed, mixed-topic practice in the real testing format. Whatever still breaks under pressure is found and closed.
The real test
The student sits the College's own proctored placement test. The result is the result — we report it either way.
Faculty stay in control.
You set the standard
Faculty choose the curriculum, the texts, and the bar a student has to clear. The software only changes how a student practices — never what counts as ready. Nothing gets lowered to make the numbers look better.
You see it before they arrive
A dashboard shows where every student stands, skill by skill, while there is still time to do something about it. No waiting on one score in week three, after schedules are already locked.
Tuition buys credit
Instead of paying for a remedial course that earns nothing, that semester goes toward classes that count on the degree audit. Students who start earning credit right away are far more likely to stay enrolled.
Graded by your test, not ours
We measure success with the College's own placement exam, proctored by your staff. If a group of students does not improve, the report says so plainly.
Start with one cohort.
The goal is every student in the cohort clearing the threshold by August, so their first semester of tuition buys credit instead of a zero-credit course. Measured against Florida College's own placement test and reported in full — including what does not work.
- The week-0 diagnostic, for every student. Both subjects, mapped skill by skill before a single lesson is assigned.
- The mastery gate. Nobody advances on a guess, and faculty set the bar it has to clear.
- A live faculty dashboard. Where every student stands while there is still time to act, not one score in week three.
- A written report after your own proctored test. The whole cohort, including the students who did not clear.
One student who clears turns $8,960 of first-semester tuition from a course that earns no credit into a semester that counts. For the College it is a student who starts earning credit in week one — the ones most likely to still be enrolled next year. We report the result either way: if it does not move your placement numbers, the report says so.
